JAMES FOULKES practiced medicine in Africa for thirty-eight years. A native of Lima, Ohio, he graduated from Asbury College in Kentucky and attended medical school at Ohio State University. Foulkes served his general internship at Mt. Carmel Hospital in Columbus, Ohio, and his surgical residency at Akron General Hospital.
