Fortsakis, Theodore P.

Prof. Theodore P. Fortsakis was born in Athens in 1954. He studied law in Greece (University of Athens, Degree, 1978) and in France (University of Paris 2, Doctorat d'Etat en droit, 1985). He is Professor of Public Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he teaches since 1990 Constitutional Law, Administrative Law and Tax Law. Since 2002 he is teaching also on a regular basis as Visiting Professor in the Universities of Pantheon a Sorbonne Paris 1 and Paul Cezanne a Aix-Marseille III.
