Ford, Gillian

Gillian Ford is a Master of History student who lives in Caloundra, Queensland, on the Sunshine Coast in Australia. She was born in Northampton, England, and emigrated with her family to Christchurch, New Zealand in 1961. In 1964 she went to NSW, Australia to attend college, where she met her future husband, Dr Desmond Ford. Her husband Desmond is a minister, teacher, author and educator. They married in 1970, subsequently living in Altrincham, Cheshire, where Desmond obtained a PhD from Manchester University before returning to Australia.
