Carol Ford is writing a memoir about her adoption and an emotional birth family reunion at age 50. She's an active member of the Word Guild. Carol facilitates a Christian writers' group in her home. She was a Senior Training Advisor with Bombardier Aerospace for ten years. She is certified in MBTI and Life Skills Coaching. Carol owns a consulting business and specializes in personality assessments, human resources topics and career management. She delivers workshops and speaks at church, college, industry and community events. Carol and her husband live in Newmarket, Ontario.
