Foot, Rosemary

Rosemary Foot is Professor of International Relations and John Swire Senior Research Fellow at St Antony's College, University of Oxford. Professor Foot has published numerous books, including Human Rights and Counterterrorism in America's Asia Policy (2004) and Rights beyond Borders: The Global Community and the Struggle over Human Rights in China (2000). Professor Foot is co-editor of several books including Does China Matter? A Reassessment (2004) and Order and Justice in International Relations (2003).
