Folger, James D.

Folger received a BA in English with a Creative Writing Option at San Francico State University. He recevied an Associates Degree in Agriculture at California State Polytechnic University. After Pearl Harbor, he enlisted and served four years in the Air Corps. Retirement followed a forty-year business careerin sales management with The L.S. Starrett Co.
