Maggie Fogarty is a Royal Television Society award winning television producer and journalist, making TV programmes for all the major UK broadcasters. She has also written extensively for a number of national newspapers and magazines. In April 2011 her story 'Namesakes' was a finalist in the Writers and Artists/WAYB short story competition. 'My Bermuda Namesakes' was her debut novel and grew out of the original short story.
