FINBARR FLOOD served as the Managing Director of Guinness since 1989. Mr. Flood serves as Non-Executive Director of Beacon Medical Group Ltd. He serves as Chairman of the Government's Decentralisation Implementation Group, the Fatima Regeneration Board and the St. Michael's Regeneration Board. He serves as Chairman of the Members' Advisory Council of the VHI. Mr. Flood served as Chairman Labour Court since 1998 until 2003 and also served as its Deputy Chairman
