I got my first taste of writing when my father brought home his laptop in the 80's. My parents were surprised that I could spend so much time writing, content with the characters I created. As I had difficulty reading at a young age, my parents would constantly push me to read. When novels proved to be a challenge, they began to put comic books in front of me. I fell in love. My senior year in high school I would take my first creative writing class. From then on, writing would be a love I couldn't get away from.
