Dr. Fisher is currently the Executive Director/CEO of MSQPC-The Quality Center (Mid-South Quality/Productivity Center), a partnership between the Greater Memphis Chamber and Southwest Tennessee Community College, and a Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) Center of Emphasis.
