Gary L. Fisher received his Ph.D. in Applied Educational Psychology (Neuropsychological Assessment) from the University of Washington. He is Professor of Health and Human Services at the University of Nevada, Reno, and the former Director of the Center for the Application of Substance Abuse Technologies.
