WANDA COBB FINNEN (M. Ed Curriculum & Instruction, Reading Specialization, Tarleton State University; BA Spanish & English, Secondary Education, University of Mary Hardin-Baylor) began her professional career in 1977 with Los Angeles Community Colleges Overseas on the Atsugi Naval Base and Camp Zama Army Base in Japan.
