Kara Finck, JD is the Managing Attorney of the Family Defense Practice at The Bronx Defenders, a nonprofit with over 140 criminal and civil attorneys, social workers, parent advocates, investigators, administrative staff, and community programmers. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Law at Fordham University School of Law. Past positions include: Associate Planner at the Vera Institute of Justice, and at The Bronx Defenders as a Planner overseeing community outreach and youth programs; law clerk for the Honorable Reginald Lindsay in the Federal District Court of Massachusetts; Skadden Fellow
