As a loving husband and father, W. Fielding has been working with children in many ways for quite some time now. Shortly after obtaining his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Central State University, in the mid 80's to the early 90's, he served as director as one of the largest youth centers in the Midwest. There he was able to serve the youth from ages 7-18 in many ways. Having taken part in writing and serving many creative grants, W.
