Fiander, Michelle

Michelle Fiander currently manages the Web Reference Center at LSSI, the busiest virtual reference center in the world, answering an average of 400 calls per day, 24/7. She holds her MLS and MA in Literature from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. Prior to joining LSSI, she served as cataloger and reference librarian at Indianapolis University Purdue University, Indianapolis (IUPUI).
