Fernie, John

John Fernie is Professor of Retail Marketing at Heriot-Watt University. He was previously Professor of Retailing & Logistics and also Director of the Institute for Retail Studies at the University of Stirling. He has written and contributed to numerous textbooks and papers on retail management, especially in the field of retail logistics.
