Fernandes, Freddie S. G.

Born in Portugal in 1970, Nuno S. G. Fernandes moved to New York City in the early 1990s. He is a trustee at the Town School in Manhattan and at the Mary McDowell Friends School in Brooklyn. Through the adversities of life and the exposure to different philosophies, he and his wife have taken a path of self-discovery, leadership, and love that is exemplified in his debut work, Batissimo. He currently lives with his lovely wife, Nicola, and children, Freddie, Luisa, and Mia, on the Upper West Side.
