Feldman, Frances Lomas

Frances Lomas Feldman is distinguished professor emerita of social work at the University of Southern California. She has served on a number of state and national committees as well as commissions such as the Governor's Advisory Committee on Mental Health. She also helped start the first credit counseling service. Feldman has contributed widely to professional and scholarly books and journals.
