Fan Moniz, Alex

Alex Fan Moniz is a British poet, photographer and lyricist. Born in Portugal, he has spent his life between the UK, Switzerland, Germany, Australia, South Africa and periods in Romania, Italy, Brazil, Denmark, India and other countries. He studied Humanities at the University of London and Coimbra. He speaks several European languages. In 1992, one of his poems As Cinzas (The Ashes) was selected by the Academia de Coimbra (one of the world's oldest universities) at literary initiative, Indiferenca for young creative talents.
