David Evardson spent most of his working life as an accountant. Finding the work too exciting he also took up internal auditing. Prior to that he worked for a short spell as a chemical process operator. Concurrently for forty years until 2012 he and his wife Julie performed as a semi-professional folk duo, David playing guitar and composing many of their songs. Latterly he has concentrated on writing stories, in between travelling and enjoying retirement with Julie and their dog Droushia in the pleasant seaside resort of Cleethorpes in the county of Lincolnshire.
