Evans, William J.

Evans is a retired attorney with the Baltimore law firm of Miles & Stockbridge and is a graduate of the Johns Hopkins University. He earned his law degree at the University of Maryland School of Law. He was President of the National Association of Parliamentarians from 1979 to 1981 and has also served as its Parliamentarian.
