Evans, David S.

Evans, after the end of the war, joined the staff of the Radcliffe Observatory, at Pretoria South Africa, and in 1952, went to the Royal Observatory, at Cape Town, then run by the British Admiralty. In 1968, he joined the astronomy faculty at the University of Texas at Austin, and served as Associate Director of McDonald Observatory for 15 years.
