Evans, Dale Wilt

Evans grew up at the Germantown Home in Philadelphia. Later he attended The Pennsylvania State University where he received the Ph.D. in philosophy. At one time or other, he has taught at four different colleges, in Wyoming and Pennsylvania, sojourned two years in Europe (one as a Fulbright Fellow in Germany), and worked in home building.
