Eubank, Stacy

STACY EUBANK was born in Lubbock, Texas to Joe and Norma Meador. She was a member of the Class of 1978 at Olton High School. She graduated with an Associate of Arts degree in psychology from South Plains Jr. College in Levelland, Texas. She now lives in Las Vegas, Nevada. She is married to Bruce Eubank, who is a teacher and coach at Bonanza High School and a minister at South Valley church of Christ. They have a son, Bobby, who lives and coaches in Austin, Texas.
