Andre Erasmus is an experienced journalist with over 30 years of newspaper and magazine experience. He worked in South Africa and latterly in the UK where he has lived since 2001. Real Change, his first novel, draws on his time as a daily newspaper's news editor in Port Elizabeth and also as a conscripted soldier in the South African Defence Force, doing active border duty in South West Africa (now Namibia).
