Ephrain Tristan Ortiz, MCEd, is headmaster of the De la Vega Language Academy and teaches English as a second language to businessmen and individuals in the San Jose area in California. A graduate bfrom UC Davis and bNational University, Ephrain holds a Masters degree in Christian Education and is a doctoral candidate in the same field.
