Richard L. England is a chartered mechanical engineer and a Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers in the United Kingdom. He has worked in the oil industry for more than thirty-five years on both sides of the Atlantic. His work has enabled him to travel the world, providing him with first-hand knowledge of the cities and countries featured in Quick Draw. He and his wife have two children and live outside Houston, Texas, where he holds a senior position at an international energy company. Quick Draw is Richard L. England's first novel.
