Though not a native of northwest Georgia, Kathy Mashburn has made her home in the south for more than 40 years. She says living in the south has caused her to appreciate a slow southern drawl, a cool mountain breeze, a cold glass of iced tea, a warm slice of peach pie, and the joy of family and friends gathered around the kitchen table sharing their favorite recipes. Kathy is blessed to have three beautiful daughters, Jennifer, Lindsey, and Rana, and four precious grandchildren. She proudly acknowledges God, family, and friends as the most important ingredients in her life.
