Ellis, Gwen

Gwen Ellis is the thrifty mother of two grown children. She is a motivational speaker and the author of many books, including Decorating on a Shoestring and Dress like a Million Bucks without Spending It. She currently lives in Port Hueneme, California, and runs her own consulting business, Seaside Creative Services.
