Elliott, Carter

Carter Elliot served for many years in the U.S. Marine Corps and the CIA in the Far East. Recently retired from a second career in federal law enforcement and with a graduate degree in clinical psychology, he works as a volunteer prison counselor. He lives with his wife in the Blue Ridge mountains of south-west Virginia.
