Elizabeth Carroll Foster, Carroll Foster

Elizabeth Carroll Foster lived as the wife of a US Army officer for over twenty-five years while raising four military brats and a dachshund. Her family moved many times in the United States. Before she wrote her novel, Southern Winds A'Changing, she was a journalist. She lives in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
