Elchert, Keith

Tiffin native Keith Elchert, in conjunction with his wife, Laura Weston-Elchert (who grew up in Marion, Ohio), partnered with the Seneca County Historical Society to produce this book. The compilation of images was amassed by combing the Seneca County Museum's extensive photographic archives in addition to personal collections. The result is a pictorial history that illustrates how, across nearly two centuries, Tiffin came to be the city it is today.
