Elberg, Dave

Dave Elberg grew up in Marin County California and finished college like a good boy. He then took off to Costa Rica to live in the jungle. It is there that he fell in love with young coconuts. Synchronicity brought him to Maui where he taught himself to climb tall palms without using spiked boots. He now owns and operates one of the most successful Palm Trimming outfits on Maui. Dave drinks young coconut water everyday and is enjoying the vibrant health that come from that.
