Edwards, Mary

Dr. Edwards is Professor of Economics and Director of MS Program in Applied Economics at St. Cloud State University. She has also taught as a visiting professor at the University of Minnesota, Applied Economics Department and at le Dpartement des Langues et Civilisations, Universit Toulouse I., Toulouse, France. She has been a statistical consultant to the Minnesota Economic Development Center at St. Cloud State University for over 12 years and an active member of the research committee for the St. Cloud Area Economic Development Partnership.
