C.J. Edmondson spent most of her childhood in Albany, GA. She married her friend from middle school, Aaron Edmondson, Jr. She is "Stepmom" to their only child, Solomon, the co-author and illustrator of War of Sweets. C.J. enjoys traveling to other states and countries, seeing the sites, and eating the food. Solomon Edmondson is the mastermind behind the original War of Sweets story which he wrote in sixth grade.
