Jean Ecrivain lives on a private lake somewhere in Canada with her two cats, one dog, a library, a selection of adult toys, and her one 'special toy'. In early grade school she discovered a love of reading when she fell asleep in class, pulled off the highest marks and was rewarded with a book. The next year, she wrote a thirty page story about a horse and a girl in composition class and she has been writing ever since.
