Erik Eblana was born in Dublin, Ireland, the eldest son in a clutch of five children. Having emigrated in the late 1980's he has travelled widely - living and loving, working and enjoying life throughout Europe and the USA. Leading such a gypsy-like and somewhat solitary lifestyle has shaped a stoical character now reflected in verse. Most of his poems echo deeply personal yet universal themes erupted by close human encounters.
