Frank Eberling, originally from New City, New York, moved to Florida upon high school graduation in 1964. Since then he has taught on the high school and college levels for over twenty years. For almost forty years he traveled the state of Florida for several television stations and Florida PBS, writing, producing, directing, and filming 3,000 documentaries and television segments about the Florida environment, history, literature, and the arts.
