Ann Eargle was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, where she lived most of her life. In 1993, she moved to Johnson City, Tennessee, an area to which she was drawn by the tranquil beauty of the mountains, the freshness of vast greenery, neighborly citizens, and a much slower pace of life.
