Duster, Michelle

Michelle Duster is co-author of the popular children's history book Tate and His Historic Dream. Her other two books, Ida In Her Own Words and Ida From Abroad, include both her writing and that of her great-grandmother, Ida B. Wells. She is a frequent speaker for churches, universities and community organizations. In addition, she is involved with various committees dedicated to documenting and promoting the contributions women and African Americans have made to the United States.
