David K. Duncan is a United States Magistrate Judge sitting in Phoenix. He is chair of the Ninth Circuit's Magistrate Judges Executive Board and has been a member of that Circuit's Magistrate Judges Education Committee. Prior to joining the District Court in 2001, he was an Assistant United States Attorney.
