John A. Estrella, PhD, CMC, PMP, developed Agilitek Corporation's four-step Strategy Delivery Framework (SDF) to ensure that organizational strategies drive the selection and measurement of strategic initiatives. He authored six books and several courses for audiences in Canada, U.S., U.K., France, Sweden, Japan, India, and other countries.
