Duggins, Pete

Pete Duggins was born on Long Island, New York and was Editor-in-Chief of his High School Literary Magazine. Pete has written several plays that have been performed in schools, colleges and in the community. He also has written on-line courses for a major University. Pete graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Brigham Young University.
