Helen Duffy runs 'Human Rights in Practice', an international law practice specialising in strategic human rights litigation in regional and international fora. She is Gieskes Professor of International Human Rights and Humanitarian Law at the Grotius Centre for International Legal Studies, University of Leiden and Honorary Professor at the University of Glasgow.
