Peter N. Dudar was born in Albany, New York, where he spent the first half of his life filling his world with horror movies and monster masks and all things Halloween. An alumnus of both Christian Brothers Academy and the University at Albany, the New York native moved to Maine upon his college graduation and began his writing career.
