Oliver R. Phillips, an ordained minister, is presently the lead connector of Lake Como ConneXions Church of the Nazarene in Orlando, Florida, before which he served as director, Mission Support USA/Canada, in the USA/Canada Regional Office for the Church of the Nazarene. Prior to his present assignment, Phillips pastored congregations in Baltimore, Maryland and Washington DC, on the Mid-Atlantic District, where he also served on various boards and was very actively involved in compassionate ministries.
