Nicky Dries is a Research Professor at the KU Leuven, Faculty of Business and Economics (Belgium). She conducted her doctoral research on talent management and (subjective) career success at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (Belgium), during which time she was also a visiting scholar at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (the Netherlands).
