Enrico Downer was born in Barbados, schooled at various institutions of learning in Barbados, Puerto Rico and the United States. He immigrated to the United States in 1961, joined Value Line, a NYC publisher and later was Correspondent with a Division of Airco International in New York and Wisconsin. He currently lives with his family in Florida. Enrico is the author of "There Once was a Little England" spanning the decade before the Independence of Barbados from Great Britain.
