Dowell, Betty

Betty Dowell was part of a large family of outcasts in a small town. She was given to her gradmother at he age of seven. She earned and paid for her education. She earned a bachelor of science with an interdepartmental major pf computer science and mathematics. She then earned a Masters in computer science.
