HEATHER DOUGLAS is a lecturer in Management at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia. Her research interests include innovation processes, social entrepreneurship, micro-businesses and start-up strategies, and diversity and difference. She currently lectures in the areas of entrepreneurship and strategic management.
